Terrell Gilbert joined Astec as its General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary in March 2024. Previously, he served as Deputy General Counsel of Mohawk Industries, Inc. from 2019 to 2024 and as Assistant General Counsel of Beazer Homes USA, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Gilbert was a partner in a law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Gilbert has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Auburn University and a law degree and Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
